Join Chef Sherry and Chef Tara along with Jim Demuth, Proprietor, and Mike Gulyash, the winemaker, from Gregory James Wines as we take you on a culinary journey through California. You will be enjoying a six course dinner perfectly paired with six Gregory James wines.

New Philadelphia native Jim Demuth, Proprietor at Gregory James Wines met viticulturalist Greg Adams while digging in the dirt: Jim on an excavator and Greg sampling soil inside a pit. During that vineyard project they developed a friendship based on a shared passion for hard work, laughter and a great love of the outdoors. The two became friends and soon after founded Gregory James wines.  

Site matters to Gregory James. They grow and source their grapes from vineyards located from the best sites in Sonoma and Napa for each varietal that they produce, from the cool-climate pockets along the Sonoma Coast to the world-renowned Napa Valley.

For Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, they work with vineyards from the West Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley, which are located within the maritime reach of the Pacific Ocean. There, the cool foggy nights and mornings dramatically shroud the varied terrain producing grapes of remarkable intensity and character.

Cost is $80 per ticket, and includes tax and gratuity. Tickets are non-refundable but transferable.
