Our menu is what we call, an "Fresh, Ever Changing Menu". It could change daily or weekly. This type of menu allows us to maintain our commitment to using locally produced and organic products. We believe in the Farm-to-Table and Field-to-Fork experience. Our ingredients represent the continuous changing of the seasons, harnessing textures and tastes with a sense of constant evolution. Our ingredients are sourced and grown locally as much as possible, ensuring they go from farm to fork in the shortest time. However, with this style of menu, every dish is subject to availability!
At SHY Cellars, you will see there is an open kitchen, designed to enhance your dining experience. Guests are able to see every ingredient going into their dishes, and the passion our chefs have creating them. Do you have any food allergies or dietary needs our chefs need to be aware of? Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Low Sodium... At SHY Cellars we have the advantage of having fresh ingriendients and making dishes per order to accomodate such requests.
