Here at SHY Cellars, we pride ourselves in making each and every dessert in house and from scratch. Our in-house Pastry Chef Laura creates masterpieces that will knock your socks off. Our suggestion? Start with dessert first.
Celebrating something special with us? Let us make your favorite dessert! Call and ask to speak to Tara or Laura, and they can give you all the details for pre-ordering your cake or cheesecake. If you have a favorite dessert you want to bring in, no problem, there is a $3.00 per plate charge.

SHY SIGNATURE BREAD PUDDING
unlike any bread pudding you have ever had. baked in the oven, drizzled with our brandy caramel sauce, and finished with a scoop of our vanilla bean ice cream.
our house cheesecake believe it or not is gluten free! made with a candied pecan crust and finished with your choice of today's freshly made toppings.
